Current Position: Executive - Delegate Sales (Male)
Job Description: The role of delegate sales executives is to identify new clients and work with established clients creating
an interest in the products and services the company has to offer.
Key objective include:
• Understand targets, and manage workload and sales pipeline in order to exceed them
• Accurately report status and progress on a weekly basis, by event, and by overall target
• Achieve a professional relationship with clients
• Ensure you have a thorough knowledge of your top 20 clients’ businesses and markets
• Minimise customer complaints and act swiftly and efficiently to resolve issues
To be a good salesperson you'll need:
• Excellent sales skills
• Good communication and 'people skills'
• The ability to build good working relationships with all kinds of people
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good negotiation skills
• A knowledge of marketing
• The ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative.
